Terms
The launch terms for building, testing, publishing, and operating workflows in FinkMesh.
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of FinkMesh. By creating an account, using the product, or running a workflow, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you use FinkMesh for a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Contracting party and notices
FinkMesh is the service provider for these launch Terms unless a signed order form, invoice, or written agreement identifies a different contracting party. Legal notices, contract questions, DPA requests, security reports, and support requests should be sent to contact@finkmesh.com.
Unless a signed agreement says otherwise or applicable law requires a different forum, these Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and disputes will be handled in the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
Use of the service
You may use FinkMesh to build, test, publish, and monitor automations for systems you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for your workflows, connected accounts, credentials, payloads, run outputs, support attachments, and the actions your automations take.
Do not use FinkMesh for spam, credential theft, phishing, illegal activity, privacy violations, unauthorized scraping, malware, attempts to overload FinkMesh or third-party services, or activity that bypasses provider terms or rate limits. Additional prohibited activity is listed in the Acceptable Use Policy.
API and automation abuse
Do not use API tokens, webhooks, schedules, retries, or workflow loops to bypass plan limits, overwhelm FinkMesh, evade third-party rate limits, probe credentials, or generate abusive traffic. We may throttle, pause, reject, or disable workflows that create security, deliverability, infrastructure, or provider-risk issues.
Accounts and workspaces
Keep account credentials secure and promptly remove users who should no longer have workspace access. Workspace owners and admins are responsible for team roles, shared connections, variables, API tokens, webhook URLs, and support tickets created in their workspace.
Plans, limits, and fair use
FinkMesh plans are billed by organization and currently priced by workflow runs, not by every step. Plan limits may include monthly runs, concurrent runs, workspace count, member count, workflow step count, trigger availability, schedule frequency, and integration access.
We may apply technical safety limits, rate limits, payload caps, queue controls, abuse prevention, and fair-use reviews to protect the service. If usage materially exceeds normal operation for a plan, we may contact you about a higher plan, custom limits, or changes needed to keep the service reliable.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are processed by Stripe. Prices, billing intervals, promotion codes, invoices, payment methods, subscription changes, and cancellation are handled through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access follows the subscription status Stripe reports to FinkMesh.
If a payment fails, your account may receive a grace period, be downgraded, or lose access to paid features depending on Stripe subscription status and FinkMesh billing settings.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual billing interval unless cancelled before renewal. Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties, and similar government charges other than taxes based on FinkMesh income. Stripe may calculate, collect, or remit taxes where configured.
A subscription term begins when Stripe confirms checkout or subscription activation and continues until cancelled, expired, downgraded, or terminated under these Terms. Upgrades, downgrades, proration, renewal timing, and invoice status follow Stripe and FinkMesh billing settings.
Refunds
Refunds are reviewed case by case during launch. For billing issues, contact contact@finkmesh.com with the account email, invoice id, and relevant details.
AI features
AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable output. You are responsible for reviewing AI suggestions, workflow changes, generated text, and actions before relying on them in production. AI/model providers, including Anthropic and OpenAI where used, may process prompts, workflow context, or other content only when you invoke AI-powered features or configure workflows that use those providers. Do not use AI features to process data you are not authorized to submit to the configured or FinkMesh-managed model provider.
AI features should not be used as the sole basis for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, employment, housing, insurance, or other high-risk decisions. We may rate-limit, change, suspend, or disable AI features as providers, safety requirements, and product capabilities change.
Third-party services
Workflows may connect to third-party services through webhooks, HTTP requests, OAuth connections, API keys, or other credentials. FinkMesh is not responsible for third-party services, provider outages, provider rate limits, data returned by those services, or actions they take based on your workflow requests.
FinkMesh subprocessors are listed at /subprocessors. Customer-directed integrations are services your workspace chooses to connect or call from workflows, and their terms and privacy practices apply separately.
Availability and workflow responsibility
FinkMesh is an early product. We work to keep workflows reliable and observable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, exact delivery timing, or that a workflow will always complete. Monitor critical workflows, test before publishing, keep backups for important business processes, and use external safeguards where failure would cause material harm.
Beta and future functionality
Some features may be labeled or treated as beta, preview, experimental, early access, or launch functionality. Those features may be changed, limited, suspended, or removed at any time. Do not rely on roadmap statements, unreleased features, or future functionality when deciding whether to purchase or continue using FinkMesh.
Support and communications
Support is provided through the product support experience and contact@finkmesh.com. We may send service, security, billing, workflow, and support communications related to your account or workspace.
Data processing
Business customers that need a data processing addendum should review the DPA request page and contact us before processing regulated, special-category, or procurement-sensitive personal data through FinkMesh workflows.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your workflow content and data. You grant FinkMesh the rights needed to host, process, transmit, secure, display, troubleshoot, and back up that content as necessary to provide the service.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account violates these Terms, creates security or operational risk, infringes rights, causes legal exposure, or is used for abusive activity. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion through support.
After cancellation, suspension, termination, or account deletion, access to workflows, runs, credentials, support tickets, and workspace data may be limited or removed. We may retain records as needed for billing, tax, security, backup, legal, dispute-resolution, and abuse-prevention purposes. Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, ownership, confidentiality obligations where applicable, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions, will survive.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify FinkMesh from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your workflows, content, connected accounts, credentials, violation of these Terms, or use of third-party services through FinkMesh.
Disclaimers and liability
FinkMesh is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during launch. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinkMesh's total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid for FinkMesh in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Legal notices and disputes
Legal notices should be sent to contact@finkmesh.com. For security reports, review the Security page. For platform abuse, review the Acceptable Use Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms as the product, plans, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply.
