Availability
FinkMesh offers a Data Processing Addendum path for eligible business customers. To request a DPA, contact contact@finkmesh.com with your company name, account email, workspace name, billing plan or expected plan, data-processing use case, and any required procurement timeline.
Before using FinkMesh for regulated data
Do not process regulated, highly sensitive, or special-category personal data through FinkMesh until your plan, provider configuration, security review, and legal agreements support that use. This includes data subject to healthcare, financial-services, children's privacy, employment, insurance, biometric, government-id, or similar specialized obligations.
What a DPA review usually covers
- Subject matter, duration, nature, and purpose of processing.
- Types of personal data and categories of data subjects.
- Controller, processor, and customer instruction obligations.
- Confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, and change notices.
- Data-subject requests, deletion or return, audits, assistance, and incident notification.
- International transfer terms where applicable.
